Designer breeders of Leopard Geckos
LOADING9/23/2011 - This project started durring the 2010 Breeding Program, after one of my breeding pairs of Giant Extreme Emerines produced an amazing random Albino Male. Then another of my pairs produced an equaly nice female.
This season i was susessful in hatching out a real nice group of Hatchlings and I have collected together a solid group of Breeders for the 2012 Program.
Introducing the XTreme Albino
I should be able to produce about 60 of these for the 2012 Program. 20 of which we will hold back for the 2013 Program.
The background picture is of one of our male breeders, Blaze. To the right are several more examples to give you an idea of what to expect next year (2012 Program).
We do have several variations and will show several over the next few months. I did post one of the secondary types we bred for. it is a project that included Embers and Sunglows. We call these Ember Glows. As you can see G252 has some real nice color and body pattern. There is a third group that display a light green on the head within the head pattern, we still consider these to be Ember Glows. They also have a bright yellow body with a orange tail. Both SG125 and SG89 are good examples of what the Ember Glow group looks like. We would love to see some reverse stripes, stripes and bandeds. Will update you on that later.
We have also produced our own version of a Tangereine Albino. Will need another season to determine the viability of the various programs. You might see some samples posted in January 2012.
Please feel free to make inquiries if you have an interest. We are real excited about this morph.
James
We had not planned to release any XTreme Albino's this season, however.
Sold to a good friend. Thank you.
Color: The XTreme Albino has a Tangerine colored body with White bands and/or jungle patterns currently. The head typically will display a Burnt Orange pattern that has a darker Orange outline. The White displayed on the body is outlined in Bright Orange. The whites are real bright and clear.
We are working on striped and reverse striped versions and should have some level of success next season.
Genetics: Ember Gecko
Special Marks: Some (50%) display lavender on the head and neck areas, also outlined in Orange. There are some variations to this morph, see the other examples for more info.
Comments: This is one of the most beautiful Leopard Geckos I have ever seen. We feel confident we do have good Super Giant genetics in place to see some truly spectacular geckos next seaon. Truly amazing in hand. I will grow out several examples to be able to show at upcoming trade shows and I will post updates on this page.

Example 2
XTreme Tangereine Albino - One of only 5 we will offer this season.
Size: 49 grams as of today 2/16/12, just over 4 Months old and gaining weight each month. He should hit the 80 gram minimum Giant size before he was one year old, he needs to hit 110 grams to be Super Giant.
Color: The Emerine, is an Emerald designer (non-albino) color morph, usualy. This boy is from our XTreme Tangerine Project. Our goal is to create a stable Albino Tangerine Morph that displays the green color and markings of an Extreme Emerine. We have a Sg female we got in 2009 from our Extreme Emerine program. This was the basis of the project.
The father is a SG Extreme Emerine (115g), and the mother is a SG Tangerine Albino (97g). You can see the father as the background image of our Emerine landing under our 2012 Program page and the female is on the Tangerine landing on the same page. Both are steller examples of their morph types. Cutting edge genetics.
Genetics: 100% Tremper and Embergecko - cutting edge genetics.
Special Marks: He display Extreme Emerine head markings and shows green on the head and sides of the body.
Comments: He will make a fine addition to any breeding program or collection. He is a very rare example of his Morph Type.

Example 4
Ember Glow - Super Giant
Size: 82 Grams as of today 2/16/12, just 8 months old and gaining weight each month. He is close to hitting the 80 gram minimum within the first year for Giant, and then he will need to hit 110g for Super Giant.
Color: He has a bright Tangerine body color with spots of Lavender on his head and neck. The white bands that you see on the body will fade at about 10 months. He has amazing color and a tendancy to dispaly Lavender. His tail is bright white with orange banding. He has a nice fat long Tail.
Genetics: Tremper Albino, Giant Ember and Super Giant Sunglows - Bred by Embergecko last year. This hatchling was hatched this season as part of an ongoing Ember Sunglow project. We do plan to offer more of these on our XTreme Albino page next season. We have seen some real big size on these with great temperment to match.
Special Marks: He displays an amazing pattern on his head very simular to a Hot JG Emerine Tangerine. This is one of the hatchlings from the XTreme Albino program, but this male does not carry all the same genetics as the final XTreme Albinos. He is a Ember Giant/SG Sunglow cross, we have bred these for 2 seasons now.
Comments: This boy will make a nice addition to any breeding program or collection.
