Hatchlings & Juveniles

2016 Breeding Season Update - We hatched out over 1100 babies in total for 2015 and expect to do about the same for 2016. This year the newer females are another year older and should perform even better than in the prior season. We have added many more males and females to the groups with a total around 300 breeders in all. Please look at each individual Morph Landing for updates and further 2016 breeding plans.

To the right I have posted a diverse group of our Leopard Gecko Hatclings and Juveniles available for sale. I can tell you if the they are Giant or Super Giants based on the genetics.

After 4 months Hatchlings are removed from this page and only available for viewing on thier particular Available Landing.

I will make a point of keeping a mixed selection of Hatchlings and juveniles posted here. Feel free to contact us with any questions you have about any of the postings. Note that we have several hundred growing out. If you have a specific morph you are interested in let me now and I will tell you what we have.

Check out the eyes on the Sunglow Background Picture. This is something we are trying to breed for. Hope to see some results next season. Check out Super Giant Sunglow SG204. He may be the only SG Sunglow with these eyes that we will offer this year.

Reserve a Hatchling for later delivery (Payment Plan): We have a program that allows you to select a Hatchling for future delivery after it grows out to a predetermined size or age. When you select a gecko for sale by clicking BUY or Hold,  you will be presented with the option to make payments. when you select this option you will be billed 20% of the purchase and shipping amounts and then monthly for 90 days you make equal payments of the amount divided by 3. Contact us for more information at info@embergecko.com. We will require a 20% deposit untill the predetermined delivery date or weight is reached. We will then collect the balance due and ship your Gecko.

For Sale
Gender:
Male
Hatch Date:
07/02/2016
Age as of today:
5 months, 11 days
Weight:
31(grams)
Desc:

Size:  31 Grams as of 11/25/16.  He has to weigh 80 grams for male within the first 12 months of growth to be considered a Giant.  Possible Super Giant!

Color:  Pastels tend to be tangerine or yellow in body color with bands, jungle patterns and stripes.  Color is somewhat more on the Pastel side.  They may or may not display orange on the tail, but most do. Eyes are either Albino Silver for the Albinos/Aptors, while the Raptors are Red or Snake eyes.

Genetics:  Based on 100% Tremper Bloodlines. All of our original breeders we used to create this group were acquired from Ron Tremper in 2012 and 2013. The breeding group for the most part are all Super Giants and Giants.  Super Giant to Giant = 50% Super Giants and 50% Giants.  Note most of our Pastels will grow out to Giants or Super Giants assuming they are fed correctly and provided the correct vitamin supplements during the main growth phase of the first 12 to 18 months.

Breeding:  Best to breed Pastels to Pastels to produce Pastels.  Another good match would be to breed to our Tangerine Raptors and Tangerine Raptor Hets. We have found the results produce a gecko that looks like the best of what Ron Tremper has offered in his Pastel Available pages. An example is the sold gecko under this landing G1611.

Special Marks: Silver Albino eyes for the Albinos and Red/Snake eyes for the Raptors!

Comments:  He will make a fine addition to any collection/breeding program you may be working on. Our Pastels are fine examples of their Morph type. Rare New Morph type!

Tails tend to have either a stepped or Jungle pattern. Eyes are silver albino eyes on the Albino snows and gray black on the non-albinos!

Genetics:  Based on 100% John and Amy Mack Bloodlines I purchased from Ron Tremper.  Ron bred for size and the Mack’s he produces and larger than the original Mack bloodlines! The breeding group for the most part are all  Giant in size.   Even though giant genetics don’t truly apply to Mack’s I use this as a reference to their size anyway. Giant to Giant = 25% Super Giants,  50%  Giants  and 25% Normals.  Note most of our Snows will grow out to Giant  and Super Giant size assuming they are fed correctly and provided the correct vitamin supplements during the main growth phase of the first 12 to 18 months.

Breeding:  Best to breed Mack Snows to Mack Snows to produce Mack Snows.  Another good match would be to breed to Mack Super Snows that would give you a nice mix of Snows, and Super Snows.

There are different results when breeding Mack Snows. Listed below are different possible combinations.

Mack Snow x Mack Snow - 25% Super Snow, 50% Mack Snow, 25% Wild Type Mack Snow x Normal - 50% Mack Snow,50% Wild Type Super Snow x Normal - 100% Mack Snow Super Snow x Mack Snow - 50% Super Snow,50% Mack Snow Super Snow x Super Snow - 100% Super Snow

Special Marks: Eyes are silver albino eyes on the Albino snows and Gray black on the non-albinos!

Comments:  He will make a fine addition to any collection/breeding program you may be working on. Our Mack Snows are fine examples of their Morph type.  You should expect larger than size from our Mack’s!
